About the role
You will make sure Socify App and MOAA work for every customer, on every release. You will test our web and mobile apps, find problems before customers do, and help us automate the checks we repeat every week.
What you will do
- Plan and run tests for new features and releases across web, mobile and APIs
- Write clear bug reports and follow each one through to the fix
- Build automated tests for the flows that matter most
- Test our AI features with real-world inputs, including mixed Nepali and English messages
- Work closely with engineers and designers from the first sketch to the release
What we are looking for
- Up to two years of experience in QA or software testing, or a strong internship
- Comfortable with web apps, browser developer tools and testing APIs
- Careful, curious and always asking "what happens if"
- A plus: Python, Playwright or Selenium, Postman, or testing AI products
