Life at VanarX

Work hard. Then play cricket.

We ship software that businesses rely on every day. And when the work is done, we show up for each other, on the pitch, in the stands and around the dinner table.
01

Small team, real ownership

Everyone ships work that customers use the same week.

02

Close to customers

Engineers hear directly from the shops, courts and schools that use our products.

03

Learning built in

Modern AI-assisted tools for everyone, and time to learn them properly.

Night cricket

After work, under the floodlights. Engineers, designers, sales and support on one pitch, then one long table afterwards. The scores were close. The arguments about them were not.

Team cricket day

Our first team cricket day. Mixed teams, a trophy for the winners and plenty of friendly debate about the rules. It became a tradition.

Nepal Premier League night out

We took the team to the Nepal Premier League. Cheer sticks, cold seats, a stadium full of noise and a long dinner after the last ball.
