MOAA is a white-label suite of accounting, ERP, HRMS, CRM and LMS software that agencies and resellers sell under their own name, domain and prices. VanarX also builds custom AI and in-premise deployments for banks and institutions, runs AI Calling with managed VOIP, and is developing Nepal’s own LLM for speech to text, text to speech, speech to speech and dubbing. The company was founded by Yugesh Jha, a Chartered Accountant who taught himself to code, and Sapana Dawadi, a customer success leader who was the driving force behind starting it.
