Privacy policy
This policy explains how VanarX Tech Private Limited ("VanarX Tech", "we") handles personal information collected through vanarxtech.com. Our products, Socify App and MOAA, have their own privacy policies on socifyapp.com and moaaapp.com.
We handle personal information in line with Nepal's Individual Privacy Act, 2075 and the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063.
What we collect
- Contact, partner and early access forms: your name, email, phone number, organisation and the message you send.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, city, current role, experience, cover note, how you heard about us and your CV.
- Website use: if analytics is enabled, Google Analytics records anonymous usage such as pages visited and links clicked. See our cookie notice.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the information or service you asked for.
- To assess job applications and contact applicants about the hiring process.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only the VanarX Tech staff who need it to respond to you. We use trusted service providers to host the website and send email, and they process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our records. We keep job applications for up to 12 months so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing sales@vanarxtech.com.
Security
We protect personal information with access controls and encryption in transit. CVs are stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible.
