Yugesh Jha, a Chartered Accountant, and Sapana Dawadi, a customer success leader with years on the front line, kept seeing the same thing: businesses losing customers not for lack of effort, but for lack of time. They shared one vision. Build software that does the real work, and build it big.

It was Sapana who pushed to stop talking and start building. She believed in the idea before there was a product to believe in, and she would not let it stay an idea.

Yugesh walked away from a safe career and taught himself software from free resources online, one late night at a time.

Running an online business, they saw that nearly every sale started in a message, and that every slow reply lost one. Nobody was building for that. So they did.

Then a bank transaction got stuck. Call after call, Yugesh was passed from desk to desk and told the same story again and again. A second idea was born: AI that understands a request once and sees it through.

Together they incorporate VanarX Tech. For a while Sapana is the entire sales and support team, and every early customer is brought in and onboarded by her.

The first businesses switch it on. Their customers start getting answers in seconds, at any hour, in the language they actually type.

MOAA, AI Calling and Managed VOIP launch. Resellers start selling software under their own brands, and businesses outside Nepal sign up.
09Now
We are building Nepal’s own LLM for speech to text, text to speech, speech to speech and dubbing, for languages most AI still ignores.
10Next
The vision has not changed: build software that millions of businesses can rely on. The next chapter needs engineers, designers, sellers and support people who want that too.

Yugesh co-founded VanarX Tech with Sapana Dawadi and leads company strategy and product. He shaped Socify App from their experience of selling online, where almost every sale happened in a chat, and he works with the engineering team on both Socify App and MOAA.
