Sapana has more than eight years of customer success experience.
She has handled all of VanarX's sales and customer support on her own so far, bringing in and onboarding every current customer.
She now leads the full customer success team, covering sales and support, along with company operations.

Sapana was the spark that turned a shared idea into a company. She brought in and onboarded every early Socify App customer herself, and what she hears from customers shapes the product. She runs sales, support and operations across Socify App and MOAA.
